Councilwoman Vickie Paladino demands investigation to uncover COVID policy lies linked to Varma

Councilwoman Vickie Paladino has called for an urgent investigation into New York City’s COVID policy, particularly regarding mass firings and vaccine coercion linked to Dr. Jay Varma and the administration.

This announcement comes as the Common Sense Caucus prepares to hold a press conference at City Hall on Monday.

“Let’s be clear about something — the people of New York were lied to by health experts. This wasn’t a lapse in judgement, we were lied to repeatedly and with grave consequences,” Paladino stated emphatically.

She pointed out that thousands of workers in the city are still laid off due to COVID policies that she argues were based on misinformation.

As Paladino highlighted the plight of these workers, she did not hold back her criticism of Varma’s actions during the pandemic.

“And as these ordinary working people were having their lives ruined, Jay Varma and his friends were taking illegal drugs and attending degenerate sex parties.”

The councilwoman insists that it is time for the city to confront the injustices it has inflicted on its citizens. “At this point it’s long past time the city come to terms with the magnitude of injustice it committed and re-hire with full back pay the workers who were unjustly fired over any aspect of COVID policy,” she urged.

Paladino concluded her remarks by addressing recent legislative efforts, stating, “Last week the City Council passed a nonsensical bill to explore ‘reparations‘ — well how about we start with reparations to the actual living breathing people this city gravely harmed less than five years ago.”
