Rally justification: ‘Due Process’ is one of the most universally adopted fairness and equality under the law protection. Without it, we all would be living in an uncivilized world of the ‘survival of the fittest’. How many of us prefer to live in such a dangerously unjust system? "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly." MLK.

Cancel Culture: We must all be cognizant of the fact that the long, hard fought #MeTooMovement and the cultural practices of many people around the world are under attack. We must all stand firm against any and all forms of unwanted sexual interactions, but we must also avoid criminalizing harmless cultural practices dating back God knows when.

Since we haven’t gotten all the relevant facts to various allegations made against Governor Cuomo yet, we must not allow his political opponents to use these allegations to score political points. Doing so, would unfortunately renders legitimate sexual harassment cases in the future a serious harm. Calling for his resignation without due process is nothing more than political opportunism that New York voters will not stand for. Give the governor what belongs to him, an unfettered due process.

Cuomo Kiss: April 18 is the World Heritage Day. In solidarity with Governor Cuomo’s Italian heritage, we will all demonstrate cultural kisses or better yet #CuomoKiss and share them in our social media platforms and groups. We can’t allow few accusers to criminalize a harmless global cultural practice. We ask all New Yorkers to please kiss the people on the cheeks and share them with us in solidarity with this beautiful Italian cultural practice. Let us saturate the social media with Cuomo Kisses.

To our friends in the media, Press Freedom and Due Process are both constitutionally protected. Valuing one while violating the other is a height of hypocrisy. Governor Cuomo, like all other accused, is entitled to due process. Isn’t it? #dueprocess #cuomokiss
