Parkchester resident laments faulty elevator at 2240E
A resident of Parkchester has complained about a faulty elevator.
According to the resident identified as Joseph, the elevator has stopped working since four days ago.
He lamented that the service department has even canceled his A/C installation appointment.
“[Four] days and counting without a working elevator at 2240 E. Tremont. The service department even canceled my A/C installation appointment – they said something about needing the elevator to get tools/equipment(?) upstairs,” Diadato complained.
He added, “I’ll be fine, but I’m worried about older tenets and those with children.”
