Ikirun Obaship: Asoju Rere visits family of gunshot victim, Prince Lukman Omo-Ola
Hon. Otunba Olalekan Rasheed Afolabi (FCA) of Ifelodun/ Boripe/ Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, National Assembly, Abuja has paid a condolence visit to the family of Late Prince Lukman Olatunji (popularly known as Omo-Ola).
Olatunji died 3 days ago as a result of a straight gunshot from hoodlums who invaded Akinrun palace, Ikirun, Osun State.
In his condolence message on Saturday November 26, 2022, Hon Afolabi described the death as “cruel and unfortunate”.
The newly crowned Otunba Tayese of Adaland who was accompanied by his team described the death of Prince Lukman Omo-Ola as cruel and highly unfortunate considering the circumstances that sorounded it.
The lawmaker urged the deceased’s aged mother and family to accept the will of God which cannot be questioned. He assured them that they will not be forgotten.
Prince Lukman Omo-Ola was one of the unrepentant disciples of Asoju Rere in politics while alive.
Just 3 months ago, Hon. Afolabi empowered him with a brand new Bajaj Motorcycle to serve as source of income to him and his family.
Sadly, the agent of darkness cut his life short and rendered his family hopeless.
