“God would not change the condition of people until they change their attitudes,” HQ.

New Yorkers have been sitting and eating themselves to death. The city’s preventable mortality rate and health-related costs are unsustainable. We can save both lives and resources with healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle must be a family business and government supported.

Too many of our students in grade schools are unnecessarily overweight due to unhealthy consumption and inadequate physical activities. Our houses of worship do not incorporate healthy lifestyles and physical activities into their weekly services. Too many of our professionals spend their shifts sitting. Even corporate and government events are filled with unhealthy foods and beverages. Sadly, commercials and industry-lobbyists make dangerous products seem cool to consume, while the commercialization of everything makes it seem you can only be physically fit by spending lots of money in various equipment and membership fees.  Not anymore!

On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, 1:00-2:00 PM on the steps of City Hall, Parkchester Times and its co-sponsors are bringing political, religious, corporate and community leaders for a New York City lifestyle change initiative called Lifestyle Lifespan. Come and join other leaders to try some of the Lifestyle Lifespan components.
