An off-duty NYPD cop has died after being struck by a truck while riding his motorcycle
The 56-year-old cop was heading south on E. Tremont Ave. when he was hit by a truck turning left onto Waterbury Ave. in Schuylerville about 7:50 a.m.on 9,16/2019
The victim was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, where he died a short time later due to the injuries.
The driver of the truck remained at the scene. It was not clear if charges will be filed.
