With Councilman Diaz Sr. are Legends League President Mario Rodriguez, Vice-President Fermin Padro, Commissioner Hestor Garcis, Empire Team Manager Jose Gonzalez, Players Eusebie (Cheo) Romero and Angel G. Morales, and Ground Keeper Angel Rios.
