Wales: Met Office predicts heavy downpour
Wales is in for a spectacular weather event as heavy rain rolls in over the next couple of days.
The Met Office predicts that some areas could receive up to 70mm of rain in just a few hours on Sunday, with a total of 80-100mm possible on Monday.
That’s a whole month’s worth of September rain in just one day!
According to the report, while some areas may experience tricky driving conditions, this is also an opportunity for communities to come together and support each other.

The yellow weather warning covers nearly all Welsh counties, creating a perfect chance for cozy indoor activities as nature takes center stage outside.
“Keep an eye on the forecast, especially in the Midlands, northeast England, and east Wales, where the heaviest rainfall is expected. Let’s embrace this moment and stay safe while enjoying the refreshing change,” says the report.
