Tragic shooting incident leaves two soldiers dead, one injured in Japan

A newly recruited military candidate shot and killed two fellow soldiers while injuring a third in a devastating incident at a training range in central Japan

“The Ground Self-Defense Force (GSDF) confirmed the incident, stating that it occurred during a live-bullet exercise as part of new personnel training. The 18-year-old suspect, who joined the military in April, was immediately apprehended at the scene by other soldiers.”
