New York Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez addresses the House on a point of personal privilege to discuss an altercation she had with Florida Republican Representative Ted Yoho on the steps of the U.S. Capitol earlier in the week, in which Mr. Yoho allegedly engaged in abusive language and name-calling over policy differences.
