Bronx NAN is back in action, DV Coordinator Savage says

The Coordinator of Domestic Violence unit of the National Action Network Bronx Chapter, Hon. Ron Savage, has announced the reopening of Bronx NAN.

The Bronx is doing some cleaning up and reshaping, it also looks like Bronx NAN has also been doing the same, the National Action Network Bronx Chapter is back in action. Due to Covid-19, we stopped having our monthly meetings way back in 2020,” Savage said. 

He further called on the Bronxites to attend the first meeting of the organization in 2021.

“The Bronx Chapter (Bronx NAN) is having their first town hall meeting of this year Sat, February 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 1069 Morris Ave in the Bronx which will be based on Black History Month,” he said.

“Due to Covid 19 there is limited spacing and if you don't RSVP there is no entry. AT the Town Hall Meeting the National Action Network Bronx Chapter will be celebrating Hon. Lanita Jones Birthday and Newly appointed position for the Bronx Nan Chapter,” Savage added.

“ Rev. Andre Faison – Clergy Committee Chairman, Sandra Michell – Caucus Crisis Liason, Dion Powell – Crisis Intervention, Ronald Savage "Bee Stinger" – Domestic Violence Coordinator. You must wear a mask when entering the building and during the celebration,” he concluded.
